Shipping

Fishing Wholesalers send all items via either Australia Post's Parcel Post satchels or for longer and bulky items we use carriers such as Toll etc.  

Once you place an order with Fishing Wholesalers, you will receive a phone call from our orders team to confirm the status of your order and confirm you infact authorised the order.  All items are sent with tracking and usually despatched within two business days.

Please note for larger items such as rods, we need to post to a physical address where someone can receive and sign for the item during business hours.  We cannot send larger items to Australia Post boxes due to limitations to the size parcel Australia post will carry.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we are happy to receive your unopened, unused items in their original undamaged packaging for a store credit less shipping costs.  The return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.  Store credits are valid for 90 days.
